Pool Time!

Stella and Haven took a dip in Haven's blow-up pool yesterday! They had so much fun splashing and taking each others ducks. Stella scooted all around and tried to stand up but couldn't figure out the side wasn't strong enough to hold her. We'll definitely have to do this again before summer is over, except next time I think I'll join them!

Sweet Girl

This past week, Stella, Michael and I went to Charleston...again! He had to do some work things, and Stella and I went to play! It seems as though something new happens on each trip we take. The first trip to the beach she rolled over for the first time..the second trip, she began picking up puffs and bringing them to her mouth independently, and this time, she has started getting a third tooth! What will the next trip bring?
You can see the top part of the tooth just a little if you look close enough. It's to the right of the bottom two.
Stella and I were in the car waiting on Michael as he finished up some things for work, so I took it as an opportunity to take some pictures of her sleeping. I love those sweet lips!

New Videos

Stella can't stay still for long these days! Here she is moving forward...finally! She moved around and around, and backwards for so long, but now I think she's getting the hang of going the other way!

It seems like Stella always laughs when she's on the changing table. I couldn't help but get another video of her sweet laugh. It's almost like she anticipates Michael or I to do something silly so she can laugh...or sometimes, we don't have to do anything at all. She is so funny.

Eight Months Old!!

Stella turned 8 months old today!! What a big girl! I had an order of 60 cupcakes today, and as you can see, she was supporting Mommy with her cupcake attire! She has started to crawl forward a little now, not just backward and around and around anymore! She likes to stand up and play, play, play! This is how we found Stella after her nap today! We knew it was going to happen sometime soon!

Here she is standing proud! There are a lot of muscles in those arms!! :)
