art to T-ball

Stella comes home with a LOT of work, but some are favorites right off then bat.  These are a few from the past couple of weeks that I've loved. 

The kids have their first t-ball game this coming week and we are so excited. I am loving this new little stage of life ;)

Stella's Spring Break

We had a great spring break- we started by going to Paterson's Farm for Little Farm Hand's Day...

The kids pretended to work on the farm and then traded their produce and labor for some ice cream. :)

Stella's tooth was barely hanging on... 

We weren't expecting to go to the beach, but Michael had to work in Charleston and suggested we all go... I couldn't say no to that.  We stayed on the beach at Isle of Palms and had the perfect weather and amount of time on the beach.

Doing yoga on the beach is pretty much the best thing ever...

Stella lost the tooth as we were walking down to the beach.  The one beside of it is already really loose.

  

We ate at The Cosmic Dog and it was the best hotdog ever.

The guy said the pool was heated... I think he lied.

I'm sad for her to go back to school... she hasn't said one word about it...maybe if I keep her home, no one will notice....  

He's Alive

Easter comes with lots of traditions... I didn't do so well with our countdown this year as in the past, but we made sure to discuss the real meaning through books and devotions.

One of our traditions for the past 3 years is going Easter dress shopping.  We are hardly ever at the mall unless it's for something special, like Easter or Christmas, so doing girl things together is special to me.  She chose this sweet reddish/pinkish dress with a pearl peter pan collar.  :)

She was super excited to pick out shoes with heels!!!! Sawyer even picked out his shirt and suspenders, too :) He had already said he wanted suspenders for Easter haha :)

Easter Morning was so beautiful... we talked about what happened on that morning as we got ready for church - amazingly we were ready in time for outside pictures.

 After service we went to Aunt Frances' for our family lunch.

Ok, finally getting some pics on here!  Emily's church gave her a shower a few weeks back.  She has lots of wonderful things for when Miss Scarlett arrives!!

We had a playdate with little Sophie from church.  The new park at Jetton Park was a nice change.

 We used Build-A-Bear gift cards from Chris and Emily on Stella's day off.  They LOVED this!

I'm so glad Stella loves to help in the kitchen. She's been practicing at the stove lately...I'm trying not to let my nerves get in the way :)
