Final Touches

Stella and Sawyer's rooms are finally complete. Things won't be this clean for long, but at least we are ready for his arrival...in more than one way! Michael picked out the tin signs on the wall from a store off ebay, and we used the same white furniture that we bought when Stella was born. We added hooks to the shelf to use that wasted space...

The last thing yet to arrive are his vinyl cloud wall decals to go over his name and airplane mobile. I'll post pictures when they arrive...I think :)
Thanks to Marilyn for making the bedskirt and curtains!! LIke always, they are wonderful!

Here's Stella's big girl room, all complete. Believe me, it's normally not this tidy, but she's at Gymboree with Mom right now and I had a second to pick everything up before she comes back home :)

a little dress-up is always fun :) All ready for the snow!

Christmas Round 2

Merry Christmas in January! We met for the Nixon side of the family for Christmas lunch today, since the snow postponed everything last week. It's always great to see everybody and be with family.
Stella with all of her cousins :) Scott, Candice, me, Shannon and Alanna (cousins)

Jacob playing and singing...I have a video too, but wasn't sure if he'd want it posted for the world to see :) He did awesome!

Waiting for Sawyer...

Lucy came by on a beautiful day to capture my belly :) Stella and Michael weren't feeling so hot that day, but she managed to catch some great pictures, anyway. Here are a few of my faves :)

I love this one :)

I wanted a few more in front of the tree... I love the bright colors! P.S. The only way we could get Stella to smile really big was give her a red and green M&M.
in grandma nixon's apron...with a christmas tree on it :)

Thanks Lucy!!
