A few months ago I went to training to become a Les Mills Body Attack instructor. It was on my list of life goals...to pass training and survive. It was a 2 day training in Charlotte. The first day we "practiced" choreography and 'form' over and over and worked together to dissect what Body Attack is all about. The second day we did physical challenges that made us all thinking why we even attempted to have lunch...if you know what I mean. We rotated in stations and had to perform different exercises in the correct form until the timer was called. It was very challenging. We also had to do a test run on a few tracks from the release we were to be studying. After the training, we found out if we passed or failed. I passed, so this meant I had a certain number of days to learn the whole release and teach it to a class from start to finish, without stopping...60 minutes. With the help and critique from my gym friends who had already gone through the training, I PASSED!!
Here we are at LKN fitness co-teaching the new release with a great group of gals (and a few guys) in pink! :)
Corie....my hero for sticking it out with me and helping me pass- could NOT have do it without her! :)
